Product support, calibration and training
Coltraco Ltd is the sole authorised repair centre for Portalevel, Portamarine, Portagauge and Portascanner instruments.
Quality assurance programmes require that instruments are calibrated annually. When returning your unit for calibration or repair/service :
Complete the Repair and Return Form in duplicate. (click here for form)
- One copy must be emailed (service@coltraco-na.com) or faxed to our office (1.604.922 8829).
- One copy must accompany the unit which should be returned to:

Units returned to Coltraco for repair and/or calibration must be clearly marked on the package and Customs Declaration as follows:
"SIMPLIFIED INWARD PROCESSING RELIEF REPAIR” TO BE IMPORTED UNDER CUSTOMS PROCEDURE CODE: 5100001.
Goods shipped without this statement may incur import taxes which will be passed on to the Customer.

The turnaround time for calibration is generally 1-2 days.
